Healthy Seed Loaf made with Clover Low Fat Fresh Milk

INGREDIENTS
1⅓ cups white bread flour
1⅓ cups whole wheat flour
½ cup plus 3 Tbsp bran
¾ tsp salt
7 g (8,5 ml) instant yeast
6 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp linseeds
1⅓ cups lukewarm Clover Low Fat Milk
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp honey
Extra sunflower, sesame and linseeds, to sprinkle
Butter and cheese, to serve 

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease 1 medium size loaf tin (28 x 11 x 6 cm) well. Line the bottom of the tin with paper and grease the paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix the lukewarm milk with the oil and honey and stir into the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf tin. Sprinkle some sunflower, sesame and linseeds over, cover and place in a warm place. Let it rise to double in volume. 
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Lover the heat to 180 °C and bake for another 20 minutes or until cooked through. Let it stand in the tin for 5 minutes, then turn out on a cooling rack.
Serve with butter and cheese.
