Haddock Fish Pie

Sea harvest Haddock Steaks
500ml Milk
Half a diced onion
1xx  garlic clove
1xx  large leek 
150g Cheddar cheese
200g frozen peas
400g cooked potatoes
75g butter
25g flour 
3 x  spring onions
Salt and Pepper

Place milk in a pot poach your haddock from frozen for 6-8 minutes .  Remove from milk and allow to cool and then flack into chunksIn a 2nd sauce pan fly your leeks, onions and garlic until translucent. then mix in your flour and add 300ml of your milk and seasoning. Add 100g of cheese and allow sauce to thicken. Mix in your peas and fish and transfer into a baking dish.  Add butter and milk to your cooked potatoes, mash till smooth and mix in finally chopped spring onion. To create beautiful pattern pipe your mash on top of your fish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in a 180 degree for 20 min or until your dish is bubbling and golden brown.
