Fruits of the Forest with cereal bars

Makes 16 bars
Baking time: 30 minutes
1 cup oats
¾ cup flour 
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup brown sugar
¼ tsp of salt
6 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups strawberries, chopped
1 tsp corn flour 
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
For the Fruits of the Forest glaze
1 cup Fruits of the Forest Strawberry and Cranberry flavour
1 tbsp brown sugar
tsp lemon juice 
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, seeds, sugar and salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir to combine. Divide the mixture in half. 
Press one half of the mixture into a greased baking dish lined with baking paper. Scatter over the strawberries and sprinkle the corn flour evenly over the strawberries. Drizzle over the lemon juice and the honey. 
Scatter the reserved crumbs over the top with some of the strawberry fruit pieces showing. 
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the crumb is golden. Allow to cool and cut into bars. Serve with glaze.  
To make the glaze, add the Fruits of the Forest, brown sugar and lemon juice to a separate bowl and mix until well combined. Drizzle the glaze over the bars and store leftovers in the fridge.
