
Fruits of the Forest Smoothie bowl with seasonal fruits

Ingredients
1 cup Fruits of the Forest with cereals, any flavour
2 bananas, cut and frozen
2 nectarines, cut and frozen
1 cup strawberries, cut and frozen
¼ cup milk
¼ cup cape gooseberries
2 tbsp coconut shavings
2 tbsp buckwheat
¼ cup blueberries
2 big strawberries, fresh
Method
In a blender place all the frozen fruits, milk and Fruits of the Forest. Blend mixture until smooth but still thick. Pour into your bowl and garnish with blueberries, gooseberries, coconut shavings and buckwheat. Slice the strawberries and place them as a final garnish.
Serve cold
