
Fruits of the Forest Cinnabun bread pudding

Ingredients
6-8 left over cinnamon rolls
1 cup Fruits of the Forest Mixed with cereals
1 cup milk
½ cup cream
5 large eggs
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
Cut the cinnamon rolls into thick cubes and add them to a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, Fruits of the Forest, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until combined.
Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and stir to combine and coat thoroughly.
Let sit for 15-20 minutes to soak up the liquid.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray or lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes or until the centre is set. Remove the bread pudding from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Serve with a dollop of Fruits of the Forest
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
