Frozen Fruit Tarts

For the base:
3 X Bakers Good Morning Breakfast Biscuits
3T melted coconut oil
2T honey
For the filling:
3 cups plain yoghurt
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
Honey to drizzle

Extra Bakers Good Morning Breakfast biscuits for the topping
Crush the Good Morning biscuits to form a coarse crumble. Add the coconut oil and honey and mix until the mixture stays together when squeezed. 
Place cupcake wrappers into muffin/cupcake trays before lining the wrappers with the biscuit crumble, being sure to layer up the sides as well. 
Divide the yoghurt into 3 equal portions. Blend the strawberries before swirling into the yoghurt with some honey to sweeten it. Add the strawberry filling to some of the lined wrappers. Clean out the blender before repeating the process with the blueberries and raspberries. Washing the blender out each time. 
Before freezing, Either grate extra Good Morning biscuit over the top covering the yoghurt filling, so it makes the filling a surprise. OR top with fresh seasonal berries Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm before serving as an anytime treat.
