Fresh Milk Stuffed French toast

½ cup Clover fresh milk
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp brown sugar
8 slices bread
250g cream cheese or ricotta cheese
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 cups fresh of frozen strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
8 tbsp butter
2 cups cereal of your choice (optional)
In a bowl mix Clover fresh milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence and sugar and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, icing sugar and lemon zest. 
Spoon a generous amount of the filling onto one slice of bread leaving space at the edges. Cover with another slice of bread before dipping into the Clover fresh milk mixture and pan-frying until golden brown. If you have the cereal, then coat the soaked bread in the cereal before pan-frying until golden brown on either side.
 While frying the bread, place a small saucepan on the stove set at medium to high. Add the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.
Cooked until slightly thickened.
Serve the French toast hot with a spoonful of the strawberry reduction.
