Fresh milk guilt free Black forest pudding

1/2 cup Clover Fresh Milk + extra 1/2 cup
1/2 cup dates, pitted
1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, pitted and drained (reserve 3 tbsp of the liquid) divided in 2
1 cup plain thick yoghurt
2 tbsp icing sugar
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the icing sugar and plain yoghurt together and set aside to chill.
In a small saucepan, place dates and Clover fresh milk. Simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the dates to absorb as much of the milk as possible. With a stick blender, blitz the dates and milk together while hot to get a thick saucy consistency. You can add more milk if mixture is too thick. 
Add half of the dark chocolate into the dates and allow to sit and melt. Once fully melted, fold together thoroughly then chill in the fridge. 
Once cooled, add the remaining dark chocolate bits. Reduce the cherry syrup until slightly thickened then set aside to cool.
Make sure all elements are cooled before assembling. 
Begin layering the dessert starting with the thick yoghurt as a base, followed by the date and chocolate mix. 
Spoon some of the syrup in followed by some cherries (you can roughly chop them if you want more consistent layers).
Keep layering until you reach the top of your glass or container. 
Top with some whole cherries, chocolate shavings and left-over syrup. Et viola!
