Fresh milk crispy chicken livers

1 tub chicken livers, drained and defrosted
1 cup Clover fresh milk
Juice and zest of 1 lime
¼ cup cornflour
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ cup flour
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
oil for frying
Sauce for serving
Bread rolls for serving
To a clean bowl, add the chicken livers, Clover Fresh milk, Juice and zest of lime season with salt and pepper. Allow to marinade for 20 minutes.
Combine the cornflour, baking powder, flour, paprika and oregano and season with salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken livers into the seasoned flour and coat them well. Try to get the extra bit of flour on them for a more crunchy texture.
Deep fry for 3-5 minutes until golden in colour and livers are cooked to your liking.
Drain on kitchen towel and serve on a bread roll with a spicy sauce
