Fresh milk cheese and chilli pasta 

1 pack pasta of your choice, cooked
2 tbsp Clover butter
2 tbsp flour 
1 cup Clover Tussers cheese, grated
 a few pickled jalapeno’s, chopped
2-3 cups Clover Fresh milk
more cheese for topping
pickled jalapeno’s for topping
In a saucepan, melt the Clover butter and sprinkle in the flour. Mix with a whisk until a roux forms (a thick paste). Add in a few of the pickled jalapeno’s and mix again then gradually pour in the Clover Fresh milk whilsy wisking. The sauce should not be too runny. 
Add in the grated cheese and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
Put the pasta into a greased baking dish and pour over the cheese and chilli sauce. Top with more grated cheese and pickled jalapeno slices and bake in preheated oven until the cheese is melted. Serve warm 
Cooks notes: You can add in some cooked shredded chicken or any meat of choice to make this meal more hearty
Omit the chilli and use fresh herbs instead
