
Fresh milk Cauliflower with Tahini coating

Baking time: 30-40 minutes
Ingredients
Tahini Coating
45ml Tahini paste
Juice from ½ a lemon
30ml olive oil
15ml baharat spice blend
15ml Clover Fresh milk
2ml salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix all ingredients; add more Fresh milk if the mixture seems too thick.
Cover the cauliflower with the tahini coating
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until you can prick the cauliflower with a knife and it goes through it with ease.
Baharat Spice mix
20ml Black peppercorns
30ml Coriander seeds
15ml cumin seeds
5 cloves
5ml Cardamom seeds
5ml ground cinnamon
2ml ground nutmeg
15ml smoked paprika
5ml Tumeric
Toast spices in a pan, Blend and store in a glass jar
