
Five Roses Not-so-bellini (perfect for brunch)

Ingredients
2 peaches, pitted and sliced plus one for garnish
4 Five Roses Ceylon tea bags
1/3 cup honey
5 cups water
raw honey, optional
Method
In a saucepan, boil the water then remove from the heat and add the Five Roses tea bags. Let steep for 2-3 minutes then remove the tea bags and using a spoon, squeeze out any access tea. Stir in some honey to your desired sweetness then set in the fridge to chill.
While tea is cooling down, make the puree by blending 2 of the pitted peaches with some honey. Strain the puree to remove any big pieces then pour a little into champagne glasses.
Pour the chilled iced tea into the champagne glasses with peach puree and top with a peach slice.
