Five Roses Minted Green Tea Cooler

  • Ingredients
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 Five Rose's Green tea flavoured with mint tea bags
  • 1 cup mint, loosely packed
  • ½ cup sugar or honey
  • 1ltr sparkling lemonade, cold
  • Garnish: fresh citrus slices
  • 2 to 3 trays of Ice cubes
  • Method
  • Boil hot water then pour into tea pot with tea bags and sugar. Stir and let steep for 3 min. Transfer the tea into a large jug. Pour in some ice, just enough to cool it down, then add your mint and lemonade. Add some citrus slices for garnish.
