Fermented chilli chakalaka

Makes: 6 servings
Prep time: 35min

1 cabbage, shredded 
2 large carrots
1 onion
½ green pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp mild curry
2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin 
¼ cup oil
1 tsp chopped chilli
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tin baked beans
3 tbsp fermented chilli sauce
½ cup frozen peas

In a pot, add the oil and fry the onion followed by the garlic and the rest of your veggies. Add in the spices and cook on medium heat for about 15 min the add the chillies. Add a little water if it looks too dry. Cook down your chakalaka for another 15 min before adding the frozen peas and fermented chilli sauce
