Full House Kota

Recipe by: Boitumelo 'ChewMe' Mogoai

Serves: 4
Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 6 minutes

1 loaf white bread, unsliced

1 pack slap chips
handful lettuce leaves
4 burger patties, fried
4 eggs, fried
4 russian sausages, cut in half lengthwise and fried
4 cheese slices
¼ cup Excella Mayonnaise
¼ cup achaar
Excella oil for frying

Cut the loaf of bread in half then cut the halves in half lengthwise. Cut a small widow out of the quarters making a well for the fillings but do not discard this as this will go onto the finished kota.

Assemble the kota starting with a layer of lettuce followed by the slap chips. Spoon a generous amount of achaar then continue adding the rest of the ingredients starting the burger pattie, russian, cheese slice and a spoonful of the Excella Mayonnaise. Top with the fried egg and put back the top piece of bread that was cut out. Secure everything with small skewer.
