1 ½ Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Baking Soda
½ cup Butter, room temperature
¾ cup Demerara Sugar
½ cup sugar
¼ cup Icing Sugar
2 Large Egg Yolks
1 Large Egg
1tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels
100g Milk Chocolate
100g White Chocolate
1 Bag of Peanut Filled M&Ms
60g Kettle Fried Chips, Salted
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a bowl and set aside. In a mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, egg and vanilla. Beat, occasionally scraping down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Reduce the mixer speed and add in the dry ingredients, mixing just to blend.
Add in the pretzels, chocolate and M&Ms, mix, and then fold in the chips.
Roll the batter in balls and place on a prepared baking sheet, lined with baking paper. Bake cookies for approximately 10 minutes until they just golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool, which will set the cookies up.
