Semolina to line the oven tray
1kg Bread dough
6T Woolworths Tangy tomato jam
For the toppings
2 X 125g smoked and roasted gammon
70g Prosciutto crudo 
100g Chargrilled Marinated Artichokes
150g Fresh Bocconcini Mozzerella
Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
For the herbed olive dressing: Combine
95g Olive Duo, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
5 Anchovies, finely chopped
5T roughly chopped parsley
1T mint, finely chopped
3T Basil roughly chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4T red wine vinegar
Enough extra virgin olive oil to form a chunky sauce
Grease a large oven tray before coating with the semolina. Stretch the dough to fit in the tray. Top the dough with the tomato chutney before adding the toppings, allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes to rise.
Drizzle the olive oil over before placing in the oven to cook for 30-40 minutes at 180 or until the dough is perfectly cooked and the toppings are slightly charred
Spoon over some of the herbed olive dressing and serve immediately.
