Custard Panna Cotta

Custard Panna Cotta

Serves: 2
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes 
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Granulated Gelatin
1 cup Clover Classic Custard
1 cup Cream
¼ cup Castor Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Paste
Fresh Berries, to serve
Chocolate shavings, to serve 
Place the water in a small bowl and sprinkle over the Gelatin. Allow to sponge.
In a saucepan heat cream, sugar & Vanilla until just before boiling.
In a large bowl with the custard, slowly add the cream mixture and whisk until smooth.
Gently heat the Gelatin in the microwave until liquid, just a few seconds. Do not boil! 
Mix the Gelatin through the custard mixture and pour into moulds.
Refrigerate until set.

Serve with fresh berries and chocolate shavings.
