Clover Warm Chocolate Drink with Pecan Biscuits

Clover Warm Chocolate Drink
1 ½ milk
1 ½ cups Clover Bliss Dessert
1 stick cinnamon
5 ml vanilla essence
(you can add sugar if you prefer it sweeter)
Pecan Biscuits
100 g pecan nuts
60 g butter
¼ cup icing sugar, sifted
1 t vanilla essence
½ cup cake flour, sifted
Extra icing sugar for dusting
Clover Warm Chocolate Drink
Heat all the ingredients over medium heat in a saucepan until the mixture comes to a simmer, stirring constantly.

Remove the cinnamon stick and pour into mugs.
Pecan Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 190 °C.  Grease 2 baking trays.
Keep 30 pecan nut halves aside to place on top of the biscuits. Finely chop the rest of the nuts.
Cream the butter with the icing sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the chopped pecan nuts and mix in. Stir in the sifted flour in two lots.

Use floured hand to roll teaspoonfuls of the dough into balls. Place the balls 2.5 cm apart on the prepared baking trays. Press the pecan nut halves on each ball. Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

Cool on trays and dust with icing sugar before serving.
