Clover Ultimate Taco Burgers

Serves 4

500g mince
1 t salt
½ t pepper
2 t strong mustard
4 wraps (medium to small wraps, not large)
8 Clover Cheddar Cheese Slices
4 T mayonnaise
4 T tomato sauce
4 gherkins, sliced
½ onions, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix the mince, salt, pepper, and mustard together and divide into four balls. Place a ball of meat on the wrap. Press the mince firmly flat on the wrap and leave about 1cm edge open.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. Place the meat side on the pan and fry for about 3 minutes until brown. Now turn it carefully over with an egg lifter. The meat doesn't stick to the wrap so you have to turn it over with the wrap. Cook the wrap until brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan, place on a plate, and spread with mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Add two Clover Cheese slices per taco. Add the rest of your toppings, fold over and enjoy.
