
Clover Tropika Summer Sensation Smoothie

Method
250ml Clover Tropika pineapple
1/4 sweet melon, skin removed and cut into chunks before being frozen
1 lemon, juiced and zested
For the second layer: blended together to form a slushie like texture
1 cup watermelon, skin removed and cut into chunks before freezing
250ml Clover Cool red
Add the pineapple Tropika to a blender along with the frozen melon, lemon juice and zest and blend to form a smoothie.
Pour this mixture into a glass being careful to only pour 3/4 up the glass, finish with the watermelon and cool red mixture to top before serving.
