
Clover Tropika Mocktail Mashup

Ingredients:
- 1 Tropika Pineapple
- ½ can Coconut Milk
- 1 Red chilli (de-seeded and halved)
- thumb size ginger, grated
- 1 Tropika Pina Colada
- 1 Tropika Cool Red
- Cherries for garnishing
Method:
- Fill an ice tray with Tropika Pineapple and allow to freeze solid.
- Add coconut milk to a saucepan along with chilli, ginger, mint. Heat slowly for 10-15mins without allowing the coconut milk to come to the boil. Once off the heat and cooled slightly, place into the fridge overnight to cool completely.
- Once cooled, add the flavoured coconut milk, Tropika Pineapple ice cubes and a splash of Tropika Pina Colada into a blender. Blend until well combined and slightly slushie.
- Pour into your most tropical shaped glass and finish with a splash of Tropika Code Red which will serve as the cherry on top. Garnish with edible flowers and a metal straw.
