Clover Sumac Roast Potatoes with Garlic Yoghurt Sauce

Garlic Yoghurt Sauce
1 cup Clover Bliss Yoghurt
2 – 3 cloves garlic, grated
1½ tsp ground sumac
2 tsp dried dill
2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tsp honey
2 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Sumac Potatoes
5 – 6 potatoes, cut in wedges
4 Tbsp olive oil
1½ Tbsp ground sumac
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
fresh dill, for serving
lemon wedges, for serving
Mix all the ingredients for the Garlic yoghurt sauce together. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to use.
Preheat the oven to 210 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with the olive oil and seasonings until they are evenly coated. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
Roast for 15 minutes. Flip the potatoes over and roast for another 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with the garlic yoghurt sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges.
