Clover Pork Sausage Stroganoff

Serves: 4

250 g Tagliatelle pasta 
4 tsp Clover Classic Spread
500 g pork sausage, meat pressed out
250 g mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, grated
¼ cup cake flour
½ tsp salt
2 tsp hot mustard
1 - 1½ cup warm beef stock 
1 cup sour cream
chopped parsley
To Serve:
Chopped Parsley
Lemon wedges 
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. 
Heat the oil and sauté the sausage meat, mushrooms, onion and garlic until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are soft, 7 – 10 minutes. 
Stir in the flour, salt and mustard until well mixed. Gradually add the beef stock while stirring. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes until thick.
Stir in the sour cream. Remove from the heat.
Serve with the cooked pasta and garnish with the chopped parsley.
