Clover Nolac Milktart iced lollies

1 ½  cup Nolac milk
3 sticks cinnamon
1 can coconut cream
 ¼ cup icing sugar
2 tbsp caramel sauce
4 tbsp crushed biscuits of your choice
ground cinnamon, for dusting
Chill the coconut cream in the fridge overnight. 
Place the milk, sugar and spices in a saucepan over a medium to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes ensuring that sugar is fully dissolved. 
Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
In a separate bowl whisk the cream into stiff peaks. 
Temper a third of the whisked cream in the milk mixture. Add the tempered mixture into the rest of the whisked cream and place in the fridge. Mix the biscuits with the caramel sauce and set aside. Spoon the milk mixture and caramel mixture into the ice lolly moulds alternating each layer. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
