Clover Maas Pudding with Granadilla


Clover Maas Pudding with Granadilla

Serves: 6—8

Cooking: 40 minutes
60 g margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2⅓ cups Clover Nolac Lactose Free Maas
¾ cup (180 ml) Clover Nolac Lactose Free Milk
¾ cup (180 ml) flour
1 tsp baking powder
To Serve
1 tub (115 g) granadilla pulp, to serve

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a large oven dish.  Cream together the margarine and sugar. Then add egg yolks and whisk well. Add the salt, vanilla, Nolac maas and Nolac milk and mix well.
Sift the flour and baking powder together and then add to the maas mixture and whisk until smooth.
Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl and fold into the mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared oven dish and bake in a bain-marie for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with granadilla pulp.
