Clover Leftover Cheesy Corned Beef Pinwheels

Clover Leftover Cheesy Corned Beef Pinwheels

Ingredients

2 Tbsp butter
2 onions, sliced thinly
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 roll puff pastry
3 Tbsp Clover Classic Mayonnaise #1
100 g Cheddar cheese, grated
diced corned beef

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a ovenproof dish or pan.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and fry until the onions are brown and caramelised.

Roll the puff pastry open on a floured surface. Spread the mayonnaise over the pastry and sprinkle the cheese over. Place the diced corned beef on top.

Roll the pastry up as tightly as possible.

Cut the roll in 8 – 10 pieces (wheels) and place the wheels in the prepared dish or pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked, puffed up and golden.
