
Clover Krush Mimosa

INGREDIENTS
1 cup non-alcoholic sparkling wine , chilled
1 cup Clover Krush Orange juice, chilled
1 orange
½ cup sugar (optional)
berry syrup
½ cup frozen berries
2 tbls grenadine
1 tbls orange zest

2 Champagne flute glasses
METHOD
Wet the rim of the glass, and swirl in sugar (if using).
To make the berry syrup, place ingredients in a small saucepan on a medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer for 5-10 minutes until the berries just start breaking down. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, remove the rind from the orange, cut the orange into slices and set aside for garnish.
Place a spoonful of the berry syrup into the base of each glass
Add non-alcoholic sparkling wine to the glasses and top up with Clover Krush Orange.
Garnish with fresh orange slices and top off with a twirl of the orange rind and enjoy!
Serve with twisted orange rind and enjoy.
Tips: you can substitute non-alcoholic sparkling wine, with a lemonade soda or ginger ale.
