
Clover Krush Berry Daiquiri Mocktail

Makes: 3 – 4
Preparation: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blue berries and black berries)
1 cup Krush Mixed berry or cranberry flavour
1 cup crushed ice
2 Tbsp honey
juice of ½ a lemon
8 mint leaves
4 whole strawberries, to decorate
To serve:
Rosemary twigs to stir
Cocktail glasses
Cocktail umbrellas
METHOD
Place the berries, Krush, and crushed ice in a food processor. Pour the honey and lemon juice over. Process until the mixture is smooth.
Pour into four glasses and push 2 mint leaves in each glass. Decorate with a strawberry pushed over the edge of each glass.
