1 loaf of white, unsliced bread
tomato sauce or BBQ sauce of your choice
4 gherkins, sliced lenghtways
2 packets slap chips
8 slices Clover Polony flavoured cheese slices
2 fried eggs
1/4 cup achaar
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the loaf in half, then cut the half in half, lengthways. Hollow out the inside of the bread and keep it to top the Kota. Put some tomato sauce or BBQ sauce of your choice at the bottom of the Kota. Add some sliced gherkins. Now add the hot chips and drizzle again with the sauce of your choice. Add the eggs, achaar and finally the Clover Polony flavoured cheese slices. Seal with the hollowed out bread, you can even toast this part with a little butter.
