Clover Garlic Butter Basted Steak

2 big steaks 
black pepper
2 T oil
4 T Clover Butro
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 rosemary sprig

Extra garlic butter for serving, mix together
2 T Clover Butro
1 garlic clove, grated

Serve with
baby potatoes
side salad
extra garlic butter

Let the meat stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Season the steaks all over with salt and freshly ground pepper.

In a large pan over high heat, heat the oil until smoking hot. Add the steaks and cook over high heat until crusty on the bottom, about 4 minutes. Turn the steaks and add the Butro, garlic and rosemary to the pan.

Cook over high heat, basting the steaks with the melted Butro, until the steaks are medium-rare, 4 minutes.
