Clover Garden Salad Platter with Herb Mayonnaise

Herb Mayonnaise
½ cup Clover Mayonnaise #2 
⅓ cup sour cream
½ tsp chopped basil
½ tsp chopped parsley
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
pinch sugar
±3 Tbsp milk 
Salad Platter
8 pita breads
olive oil, for brushing
1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated 
1 head cos lettuce, leaves separated
2 avocados, sliced (drizzle with lemon juice), 
20 multi colour cherry tomatoes, halved and keep some whole
2 smoked chicken breasts, sliced
150 g salami slices
½ cucumber, sliced
3 hard-boiled eggs, halved
250 g strawberries
3 nectarines peaches, cut in wedges
1 pineapple, sliced
1 lemon, cut in wedges
Herb Mayonnaise
Mix all the ingredients for the herb mayonnaise and just add enough milk until a creamy texture. Pour into a small bowl.
Salad Platter
Warm the pita on high heat in a frying pan, using a pair of tongs or best use a toaster. 
Arrange all the vegetables and fruit on a large platter and serve with the pita and the herb mayonnaise.
