Clover Fruits of Forest with granola brittle and caramelized fruit
Fruits of the forest Granola brittle served with Caramelized stone fruit

2 Cups Fruits of the forest Strawberry and cranberry with cereal
2 cups granola
¼ cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Brown sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp cinnamon
For the caramelized fruit:
2 Stone fruit of your choice, sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
Melt the sugar on a low-medium temperature. Do not stir the sugar, as this will cause the sugar to crystalize.
Allow the sugar to turn golden before adding the butter, stir to combine and add the cinnamon, granola and sunflower seeds. Stir until well combined. Quickly press flat on a baking tray and allow to cool before breaking into shards.
Dip the sliced fruits in the sugar. Make sure to cover both sides. Bring a frying pan to a low-medium heat. Caramelize the fruits until golden. Remove from the pan and set as.
To assemble place a few scoops of Fruits of the Forest in a bowl. Add the fruits and granola shards. Serve and enjoy!
