Clover Fresh Milk Tuna Melt Pasta Bake

One of the fun challenges during lockdown has been finding creative ways to use pantry staples and today we’ve got some more inspiration for you. Thanks to the superior quality of Clover Fresh Milk, our Tuna Melt Bake is not only quick and easy, also creamy and delicious. 


Ingredients:
200g cooked pasta of choice
Broccoli florets, blanched  
2 Tbsp Clover butter
2 Tbsp flour
Salt and pepper
2-3 cups Clover Fresh milk
1 cup Clover cheddar cheese, grated
1-2 tins tuna, water drained
 
Preheat oven to 180C. 
 
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and then add the flour, stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk. Continue whisking until mixture starts to boil and thicken. Remove from heat and stir in ½ cup of the cheddar cheese. Stir to melt.
Add the pasta and broccoli along with the tuna. Pour into the prepared dish. Add remaining cheese on top.

Place into oven and bake for 20 min.
