
Clover Fresh milk Raspberry and Apple breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
2 apples, cored (we used Granny Smith)
150g frozen raspberries
150ml thick yogurt
2 tbsp oats
½ lemon, juiced
Honey to taste
100ml Clover Fresh milk
Method
Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml milk if it’s too thick.
Garnish with fresh berries and chopped apple.
