Clover Fresh Milk Pizza

Ingredients
For the base:
2 cups Flour
1 cup Clover Fresh milk, lukewarm
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp instant yeast
½ tsp Salt
Pinch of sugar
For the topping:
1 cup ready made tomato sauce
Clover Cheddar/Tussers/Gouda cheese/ or cheese sauce
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
half green and half red/yellow pepper, sliced into strips
handful fresh basil
To make the base:
Combine the flour, yeast, salt and sugar and give it a good mix. Gradually add in the lukewarm milk then add in the oil and keep adding the milk, until a dough forms. Once a dough is formed, place onto a floured surface and knead well, for a few minutes, until a soft,pliable dough forms. It should spring back when you press it with your forefinger. Place the dough into a greased bowl and lightly brush some oil over the dough too, to prevent it from drying. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place.
Once it has doubled in size, divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll into a ball. Allow to rest for another few minutes.
Roll the dough out onto a floured surface until its reaches your desired shape and thickness (thin or thick crust)
Add the toppings, place into a 180C preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the pizza base is cooked through and slightly golden in colour.
