
Clover Fresh milk Pineapple fridge tart
Ingredients
X1 packet instant vanilla pudding
½ cup Clover Fresh milk
1 tin crushed pineapple
1 pack biscuits of choice, crushed
Method
Add the instant vanilla pudding to a mixing bowl and pour in the milk. Beat together until thick. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
Fold in the pineapple crush and mix until combined.
Add the crushed biscuit to your desired serving glasses or dish and layer the pineapple mixture on top. Set in fridge and garnish with fresh pineapple or berries.
