Clover Fresh Milk Blue Cheese Gnocchi

(Recipe: Anél Potgieter)
500 g gnocchi or pasta of your choice
2 tbsp Clover butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup Clover Fresh milk
1 Cup Clover Cream
200 g blue cheese, roughly chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Extra blue cheese for serving
Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain, set aside. 
In a saucepan, melt the Clover butter and sprinkle in the flour. Mix with a whisk until a roux forms (a thick paste). Pour in the Clover Fresh milk and cream while whisking. Simmer for about 3-5 minutes until thickened. Add the gnocchi and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve with more blue cheese.
Make your own gnocchi 4 medium - large potatoes (baked in the oven with skin on)
1 -1 ½ cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Scoop the flesh out of the potatoes. Mix lightly with flour salt and egg. With the palms of both hands, roll the dough piece on the floured surface into a rope about 3/4 inch in diameter. Cut the rope cross wise in 2 cm pieces. Cook gnocchi in boiling water  until they float to the top. get the recipe on
