Clover Creamel Bread Pudding Pops

2 slices of bread
1 slab of chocolate
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp Creamel milk powder + 1 tbsp for sauce
½ cup hot water + 1/3 cup for sauce
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
oil for frying
pinch of salt
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp Creamel milk powder with ½ cup of hot water then set aside to cool.
In another medium bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla essence, , sugar, cinnamon and the milk mixture.
Cut each slice into 4 squares. Cut chocolate into pieces that can fit into the squares and place the chocolate onto the bread. Seal the bread by pressing the edges together making sure no chocolate can seep through.
Heat up oil to 170C.
Start the breading process by dunking the bread into the flour first, then into the egg mixture then end with the breadcrumbs.
Fry each ball until golden brown.
To make the sauce, mix the leftover 1 tbsp of Creamel powder with 1/3 cup of milk. While still hot, add 1 ½ tbsp chocolate shavings into the milk mixture and stir.
Drizzle this over the bread pudding pops.
