Clover Classic Tangy Mayo Pull Apart Bread

Clover Classic Mayo Pull Apart bread

Serves: 4-6
1 baguette or French loaf
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup cheddar cheese
½  green pepper, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup Clover Classic Mayo
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup melted Classic Fat Spread, mixed with freshly chopped herbs 
Preheat oven to 180C
In a bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, garlic, spring onions and green pepper. Add the cheese and mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. 
Make incisions into the loaf, but do not slice all the way through. The slice should be about 1 cm apart. 
Place the filling in between the slices and brush with the melted fat spread. 
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes, until all the cheese is melted and golden. Serve with a mayo dip.
