Clover Classic Custard trifle

Clover Classic Custard trifle

1 tin Pineapple rings, decanted
1 tin fruit cocktail, decanted
1 packet Strawberry jelly, made to packet instructions
1 loaf fruit cake, cut into cubes
1 box Clover classic custard
250 ml Clover fresh cream, whipped
3 mince pies, crumbed
A few chocolate balls, rolled in gold or silver dust
Assemble the pineapple rings around the side of a trifle dish. Fill with jelly, carefully add the fruit cocktail and place in the fridge to set. 
Once the jelly has set, pour a layer of custard, some whipped cream, ½ the fruit cake and repeat the process. Finely dollop a few more spoons of cream and top with the mince pies and the chocolate balls. 
Place in the fridge to set.
