
Clover Classic Custard Mini Glazed Doughnuts

INGREDIENTS
20 mini plain doughnuts, store bought
2 cups Clover Classic Custard
for the glaze:
1 cup icing sugar
2 Tbsp water
1-2 drops food colouring of your choice
to serve:
colourful sprinkles
edible glitter
chocolate chips
equipment:
piping bags
wire rack
METHOD
Spoon Clover classic custard into a piping bag. Poke a hole in each doughnut and fill with Custard.
To make the glaze, in a bowl whisk together icing sugar, water and food colouring. You can repeat this and use different colours.
Pour the glaze over the doughnuts, add sprinkles while the glaze is still wet and allow this to set before serving.
