Clover Classic Custard and Jam Tartlets

2 rolls of puff pastry
1 cup strawberry jam or jam of your choice
¼ cup flour for dusting
1 egg, beaten
For the drizzle
½ cup icing sugar
1 Tbsp Clover Classic Custard
2 Tbsp full cream milk
To serve
Clover Classic Custard
Preheat oven to 180◦. Grease a baking tray with cooking spray or line with baking paper. 

Roll out the pastry onto a floured work surface and trim off edges if necessary. Cut the pastry into 12 equal squares, fold each corner into the center and press down firmly using a tablespoon to make a dent.

Fill each pastry with jam and some with Clover Classic Custard. Brush the pastry with egg wash and bake for about 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. 

Meanwhile make the drizzle, mix together icing sugar, milk and Clover Classic Custard until well combined. Once the Danishes are ready, allow to cool
