Clover Classic Midweek Chicken Curry

For the curry sauce
3T canola oil
1 onion, roughly chopped
1T garlic and ginger paste
2T garam masala
1T cayenne pepper
1/2T turmeric
10 curry leaves
3T tomato paste
3 cups Clover Classic plain 
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Corinader to garnish
1 whole rotisserie chicken, torn into chunks

Heat the oil over a medium before adding the onions, cook until golden before adding the garlic and ginger paste and cooking for a minute. Add the spices and cook until fragrant.

Add the curry leaves and tomato paste and stir into the spices before cooking for a minute. Add the Clover Classic plain and stir through.
Bring to a simmer before adding the torn chicken and finishing with the coriander. Serve with steamed rice or roti.
