
Clover Classic Bread Loaf Pizza

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of white bread, unsliced
3 cups Clover Classic Tangy Mayonnaise, 1
4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
4 cups shredded chicken, cooked
2 red peppers, seeds removed and chopped
1 punnet button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp tikka chicken sauce
2 spring onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
For garnish
Chopped chives
METHOD
Start by preheating your oven to 180C. Combine the shredded chicken, red peppers, mushrooms and spring onion into a medium-sized bowl. Stir together and season with salt and pepper then set aside.
Next, cut your loaf of bread in half lengthways. Take both halves and flip them onto a baking sheet lined with foil with the crust facing down. Carefully remove the inner part of the bread. This will form the bread pizza base. Next start assembling your bread pizzas by spreading a generous amount of the Clover Classic Mayonnaise around the inside of the bread – bottom and sides. Spread out one cup of cheese over the bottom followed by the shredded chicken mixture. Lastly, top the bread pizzas with the remaining Clover Classic Tangy Mayonnaise, tikka chicken sauce and the remaining cheese. Using a pastry brush, brush the oil around the outside of the bread loaf. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and is starting to crisp-up slightly. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
