
Clover Classic Boerewors Curry

Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced
oil, for frying
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp strong curry powder
400 g boerewors
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1 x tin (400 g) chopped tomatoes
½ cup Clover Classic plain
salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Fry onion in hot oil with the cumin, curry powder and turmeric.
Cut the boerewors into bite-sized pieces and brown with the onions.
Add the chopped garlic, chilli and chopped tomatoes. Simmer open for 15 minutes and season. Add a bit of water if necessarily.
Stir the Classic Clover through and serve on pap or rice.
