Clover Butro Cheesy Pizza roll

Clover Butro Cheesy Pizza roll 

450g pizza dough
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup coarsely chopped or other choice of cold meat
1 cup mince
3 tbsp Butro
1 tbsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Minced fresh basil, optional
Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
Preheat oven to 200°C. 
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 40x25cm rectangle. Brush with pasta sauce to within 1cm of edges.
In a pan, fry the mince for about 5 min. Add the thyme and oregano then season to taste.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mince and Parmesan. Roll up roulade style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 8 slices. 
Place in a greased cast-iron skillet or greased round baking pan, cut side down.
Bake 20 minutes; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until golden brown, 5-10 minutes longer. If desired, serve with minced fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes.
