Clover Breakfast Yoghurt and Oat Cups

INGREDIENTS
1 cups oats
1 banana mashed
1 tbsp peanut or nut butter
2 tbsp honey
clover Fruits of the Forest
Fresh berries or chopped for garnish
Honey for drizzling

METHOD
Preheat the ovn to 180C. In a bowl, mix together the oats, mashed banana, nut butter and honey. Press the mixture into a greased muffin tray or lined ramekin and press up against the walls to form a cup.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cup is toasted. Allow to cool.

Once cooled, scoop the Fruits of the forest yoghurt into the oat cups and garnish with berries or chopped fruit and a drizzle of honey.
