Clover Bliss ice cream roll

Clover Bliss ice cream roll 
Serves: 4-6
Baking time: 15 minutes
4 large eggs, yolks and whites separated
¼ cup sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
¾ cup self raising flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt 
1 litre Dairymade Countryfresh Vanilla ice cream
Clover Bliss Chocolate medium cream dairy dessert for serving 
Preheat the oven to 180
Grease and line a baking tray. 
To a bowl, add the egg whites and beat until stiff. To a separate mixing bowl, add the egg yolks and sugar and until the mixture is pale in colour and thick. Whisk in the vanilla essence and salt. 
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the egg yolk mixture and gradually fold in the egg whites. Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. 
Allow to cool for a minute or 2 then place onto a clean towel and roll up the cake. Allow to completely cool at rom temperate then carefully unroll. Scoop the ice cream onto the unrolled cake in one smooth layer. Roll up and place into a loaf tin or wrap up and allow to freeze until set. Drizzle over Clover Bliss Chocolate dairy medium cream dessert when serving.
