Clover Bliss Fudge

Clover Bliss Fudge Bars

Makes 10-12 bars
Prep time: 30 minutes
½ cup Clover Bliss Dessert
1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup Spekboom leaves, 
1 can condensed milk
400g sugar or 500 ml sugar
25ml golden syrup
75ml water
60g butter
5ml vanilla
Put sugar and water into a large heavy saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the butter and syrup and stir until the butter has melted.
Add the condensed milk and stir until it comes to a boil.
Boil very slowly, stirring all the time, until soft ball stage.
Remove from the stove, add the vanilla and beat until it thickens.
Pour into a greased pan and leave to cool.
Add dollops of Clover Bliss Dessert on top of the fudge mixture and swirl it in. Add in the Spekboom leaves and garnish with chopped chocolate over the top. Allow to set before slicing.
